1. Process procedures
Mix the mud for masonry→Inspection of works progress →Cutting and processing lightweight insulation brick→Construction
2. Mix mud for masonry
(1) If masonry mud is made of finished refractory clay or diatomite powder and clay mud, it is recommended to use mechanical mixer to do the mixing. The mixing time shall not be less than 5min, and the consistency of the mud shall be controlled by adding water.
(2) If there is no mechanical mixer, it is appropriate to use soaking method. Soak the raw material for making masonry mud. Natural seepage. Soaking time shall not be less than 24 hours. After soaking decant excess water. Then mix the mud.
3. Inspection of works progress
(1) Before laying the diatomite brick, check whether the contact surface of the diatomite brick and the kiln shell should meet the requirements.
(2) When building heavy furnace wall, it is necessary to check whether the quality of the fire-proof masonry is in accordance with the requirements and the installation is correct or not.
4. Cutting and processing
(1) Brick for thermal insulation masonry or other machined bricks should be cut with hand plate saw or hacksaw, can not be cut with a brick knife.
(2) When batch processing of CCEWOOL lightweight insulation brick, it is appropriate to use sample control and draw a direct line with a saw blade or steel needle.
(3) In order to improve the machining precision, the contact of heat-insulating refractory brick and special-shaped steel components should use imprint method to determine the machining line.
Above is part of the introduction of part of wet building technology of CCEWOOL lightweight insulation bricks. Hope this can bring help to furnace builders and workers. Next week will continue to introduce other wet building technology of CCEWOOL lightweight insulation bricks.
