Lightweight mullite castable is a kind of refractory material with excellent high temperature performance and good thermal insulation effect. (2) Lightweight aggregates with different bulk densities have a greater impact on the indicators of castables. So the selection of raw materials should be considered carefully.
(3) It can be proved that this castable has good flow properties, good peeling resistance and good heat preservation properties, and is suitable for application in high temperature parts of heating furnaces. It has obvious effects on improving the service life of the furnace body, reducing the thermal conductivity of the heating furnace body and improving the thermal efficiency.
