Introduction of high aluminum brick

Lightweight clay bricks should have high refractoriness, be able to resist high temperature,do not soften or melt. Lightweight clay bricks should have high strength and high temperature resistance strength, high refractoriness under load, high creep resistance, and can resist the combined action of high temperature and weight without losing strength, do not creep or collapse. Lightweight clay bricks should have good thermal shock resistance, slag resistance, high compactness, good wear resistance, good impact resistance and chemical stability. Lightweight clay bricks should have high volume stability, small residual shrinkage and no residual expansion, no crystal transformation and no serious volume effect, no volume shrinkage.
The method of avoiding coloring of high-alumina bricks: use strong magnetic separation to remove iron from high-titanium bauxite raw materials, and try to avoid the coexistence of iron and titanium ions. Change the position of high alumina bricks in kiln, try to put the bricks in the middle of kiln. Increase the amount of hot air, cause oxygen-enriched operation, avoid reducing atmosphere. In the cooling process, slowly cool down, so that low-valent iron and titanium ions are re-oxidized and decolorized.
