In the last issue, we introduced the first three parts of the kiln roof insulation. In this issue we will continue to introduce the kiln roof insulation.
4、Laying of insulation layer
The bottom layer of the thermal insulation layer on the top of the kiln shall be high-purity aluminum silicate fiber needle-punched blanket. The surface layer can be common needle punched aluminum silicate fiber blanket. When laying the blanket, it is necessary to divide the laminating seam. At the connection of blanket the seaming method is adopted. If the top layer is aluminum silicate fiber felt, the seam between felt should be sealed with glued of 800℃ temperature resistance. When laying the bottom layer, it should be noted that the circumference of the heat-resistant hanging piece must be compacted, and the joints should be staggered. The laying of blanket needs to be staggered, sub-laminated, and the surface should flat.
If all the heat-resistant hanging pieces are completed buried in the insulation blanket, a small amount of the blanket around the hanger should be taken out, so that the top end of the heat-resistant hook and the ordinary steel hanger are exposed to the air, which is beneficial to the natural heat dissipation, so as to avoid the heat resistance suspension hook and the ordinary steel hook generate creep under the condition of long-term load, causing the ceiling plate to fall off. When the coal pipe and the air pipe are installed, the gravity cannot directly act on the refractory sling plate. A suitable support frame can be installed on the main beam to make the weight fall on the main beam, and the position of the pipe body should be fixed. And it should not be movable. The coal injection hole tube above the needle-punched blanket should be wrapped and tied with high-alumina aluminum silicate fiber needle acupuncture blanket, and the part that is not into the cotton is layered with high-aluminum loose cotton to plug the tube wall tightly. Prevent high temperature airflow leaking from the combustion chamber and form a bonfire. Finally, the bottom of the coal pipe and the bottom of the pipe and the wall of the pipe are fully packed with high-aluminum cotton to ensure the sealing effect.
5、Kiln top surface seal
After the kiln roof insulation layer is laid, use paint with 1000℃ temperature resistance to completely seal the kiln roof. Lay the insulation layer after drying furnace will achieve better performance.
