Construction technique of light weight insulation brick

There are two construction techniques for lightweight thermal insulation bricks: one is wet construction, the other is dry construction, and the effects of these two construction techniques are different. Let’s introduce the two construction technique in detail below. Process:
Wet construction technique of light weight insulation bricks
1. Process procedure
Mixing of mortar → process inspection → sawing and processing of lightweight insulation bricks → construction.
2. Mixing mortar
(1) When the mortar is made of refractory mortar or diatomite powder combined with clay mud, it should be stirred with machine, the stirring time should not be less than 5 minutes, and the consistency of mixed mortar should be controlled by the amount of water added.
(2)If mechanical stirring is not available, the soaking method should be adopted, that is, the raw materials used for making masonry mortar should be flooded with water, and the soaking time shall not be less than 24h. After soaking, the excess water is decanted and the raw materials are mixed.
