Construction process of light insulation brick 3

Construction process of lightweight insulation brick
1. General regulations
(1) The materials and specifications of lightweight thermal insulation bricks and fillers must meet the design requirements.
(2) The lightweight insulation bricks should be intact. Serious damaged bricks shall not be used.
(3) The filler used for the jointing should be dry. If it is damp or agglomerated, it should be dried and sieved before use.
(4) Laying of lightweight insulation bricks should be staggered.
2. Inspection before construction.
(1) Before the construction, we should check and make sure the kiln shell and related accessories are installed and the installation is qualified.
(2) When building refractory bricks or casting refractory castables, the construction quality of the brick masonry and casting body should be able to meet the normal construction conditions of the thermal insulation masonry.
(3) When the masonry needs to be built in the narrow groove between the shell wall and the masonry, brick debris, mud and other debris in the narrow groove must be thoroughly removed.
3. Construction method
(1) Lightweight insulation bricks should be built with the kiln shell or previous masonry as the guide surface. The obstacles should be processed.
(2) If there is no specific design requirement, ring-laying method can only be used for the upper lining of the pipeline lining (upper semi-circle), the upper semi-circle of the lining of the fixed cylinder equipment and the conical lining. For other areas the lightweight insulation bricks should be constructed in staggered way.
(3) Staggered seam processing, leveling processing, and modified processing should meet the requirements of sawing processing.
(4) Joints should be filled with dry insulating filler powder. If necessary, a small amount of ordinary cement can be added to the filler to dry mix evenly. The filler mixed with cement should be filled at once.
(5) The joint should be filled after each layer of lightweight insulation bricks are built. Then the next layer can be built.
