Characteristics of alumina hollow ball brick

Alumina hollow ball bricks are made of alumina hollow balls and alumina powder as the main raw materials, combined with other binders, and fired at a high temperature of 1750 degrees. It belongs to a kind of ultra-high temperature, energy-saving insulation material.
Advantages of alumina hollow ball (brick) products
Obvious effects will be achieved by using alumina hollow ball (brick) products for reducing the weight of the furnace body, transforming the structure, saving materials, and saving energy.
1. High working temperature:
Working temperature can be above 1750 degrees, good thermal stability. Small linear change after reheating.Longer service life.
2. Optimize the structure and reduce the weight of the furnace body:
The currently used high temperature refractory materials are heavy bricks with density 2.6-3.0g/cm3, while alumina hollow ball brick’s density is only 1.1-1.5g/cm3. For the same volume of one cubic meter, using alumina hollow ball bricks can reduce 1.1- 1.9 tons weight.
