Application of light clay bricks in industrial kilns 2

Lightweight clay bricks are also called lightweight clay insulation bricks, which have strong performance. However, if the application is wrong, no matter how good the products are, there are no use for them. So, how can light clay bricks exert the strongest heat insulation effect in the work of the kiln?
Lightweight clay bricks can exert the strongest heat insulation effect only when they are within the maximum temperature allowed. The kiln’s lining is often directly contacted by the flame and the slag, so this part is only suitable for heavy bricks. Lightweight clay bricks are mainly used in insulation layer of thermal equipment and industrial kilns. They can be used in parts that are not corroded or washed by strong high-temperature molten materials. Some surfaces in direct contact with the flame are coated with a refractory coating to reduce erosion by slag and scoured by furnace gas fume. Of course, in a non-smelting furnace, there is no contact with the flame. In kilns whose upper temperature limit is lower than light clay bricks, the whole kiln can be built with l light clay bricks.
