Application of high alumina brick in cement kiln

High alumina brick is one of the commonly used bricks in the new dry process cement kiln. High alumina brick is a high alumina refractory product produced with high pressure and with high alumina bauxite clinker as the main raw material. The high alumina brick has good thermal stability. When the temperature of the cement kiln lining changes rapidly, the high alumina brick will not crack, peel off or collapse. Moreover, it is easy to hang on the kiln wall and has high wear resistance, so it has a long service life.
High alumina bricks are widely used in cement kilns. They can be used as linings in the preheating zone, decomposition zone, transition zone and cooling zone. It can also be used as lining in cement kiln with diameter less than 3m.
High alumina bricks have high strength under high temperature, good thermal shock resistance, strong wear resistance, and are easy to hang on kiln wall. Some cement plants use it in the firing zone and transition zone of small rotary kilns, which shows good performance when the kilns are frequently opened and shut down during commissioning phase.
