③ Construction of furnace throat and upper part of furnace wall
Basic requirements: set up the bracket, install the tire for towing, and the calibration center does not deviate. It should be noted that the corundum mullite bricks must be built into a slope at the upper and rear to ensure the distance from the slope of the arch corner brick.
④ Construction of corner bricks and roof bricks
Basic requirements: pay attention to checking the center (radius) and inner diameter of the furnace when laying bricks.
2. Inspection and heating of furnace
① Inspection and cleaning
(1) Check the relevant dimensions of each part of the furnace cavity;
(2) Check the quality of the furnace;
(3) Completely clean up the residue in the furnace, and add castable coating on the bottom of the furnace.
② Naturally dry
(1) The upper and lower mouths are not sealed, use infrared light to dry for 7 days;
(2) Add a small blower at the lower mouth to remove moisture.
③ The last step is heating, drying of furnace
