Mixing
The mixer speed should be appropriate. The speed of the mixer is determined by the amount and consistency of the mixture. If the speed of mixer is low, the foaming effect is poor; If the speed of mixer is high, the slurry will move along the inner wall of the mixer under the action of centrifugal force, which affects the mixing effect.
Ageing mixture
Usually, after semi-dry mixing, it is difficult to achieve uniformity of water in a short time. If it is formed immediately, the green body will be easily deformed, which wil affect the quality of the product. The ageing mixture time is generally 8 hours, and the surface of the mud should avoid drying as much as possible during the ageing mixture time. Ageing mixture can also fully hydrolyze the clay in the mud, and the plasticity of the mud material is improved, which is convenient for molding.
