When building with insulation bricks, the height, thickness and total length of the insulation wall must comply with the requirements of the drawings. Its masonry method is the same as that of clay fire bricks, and it is built with refractory mud. Each layer is built with the same size bricks, controlling the mortar seam less than 3mm. The masonry should ensure that the ash is fully pulverized and its mortar fullness must reach more than 90%. Do not use a iron hammer to knock bricks when laying bricks. Use a mallet or wood hammer to tap the surface of the bricks to correct them. It is strictly forbidden to use a brick knife to cut the brick directly. The brick that needs to be processed should be cut and tidily by the cutting machine, and the required size should be precisely guaranteed. In order to avoid the direct contact of the insulation brick with the open fire in the kiln, the observation hole can be constructed with refractory bricks, and the lap joints of the insulating wall and the insulating blanket and the external wall should also be constructed with clay refractory bricks.
The filled insulation material layer between the inner wall and the outer wall should be uniform, full and closed, and no water should be allowed in. Material of insulation layer is generally ordinary aluminum silicate fiber acupuncture blanket, order size must meet the design requirements,and also meet the actual needs of easy installation. During the installation process, we must take care to ensure that the blanket and blanket must be in close contact with each other, we should use high temperature adhesives in the joints between the two blanket to ensure that the insulation is sealed tightly. For the blankets that need to be processed, we should use cutters to cut and trim the blanket neatly to ensure the using size. It is strictly forbidden to tear them by hand.
The construction procedure of the kiln top insulation project is: pre-laying a high-alumina type aluminum silicate fiber acupuncture blanket in the overlapped part of the fireproof hanging board and the inner straight wall, and the V-shaped seam of the fireproof hanging board should be filled with high aluminum type aluminum silicate acupuncture blanket. Make a 20mm thick light-weight aggregate refractory mortar layer, and lay the insulation layer (including the installation and insulation of the cast coal pipe and air duct), and seal the surface of the kiln top.
