CCEWOOL Superhydrophobic ceramic fiber board is a kind of ceramic fiber board which combines water proof, thermal insulation and fire resistance in one. We added a hydrophobic formula to the raw materials, and use full automatic production line, 2 hours deep drying to dry the ceramic fiber board completely which realizes the overall hydrophobicity for our ceramic fiber board. The hydrophobicity of CCEWOOL Superhydrophobic ceramic fiber board under 200℃ is above 99%.

The deep drying can be completed in 2 hours, and the drying of board is even. The compression strength and rupture strength of our Superhydrophobic ceramic fiber board are higher than 0.5MPa.

5. CCEWOOL Superhydrophobic ceramic fiber board can be cut and processed at will, and the construction with Superhydrophobic ceramic fiber board is very convenient. We can produce organic Superhydrophobic ceramic fiber board and inorganic Superhydrophobic ceramic fiber board.
