1. Raw material advantages: Self owned raw material base, material inspection before entering factory, computer-controlled ingredient proportion system, strictly control raw material purity, therefore, manufactured ceramic fiber blanket’s shot content is 12%, which is 5% lower than similar products. Thermal conductivity reaches 0.12W/m.k and thermal shrinkage is lower than 2%.
2. Continuously operating automatic production line offers product stable quality , which size is precise and the error is controlled within +1mm as well as high tensile strength.
3. Automatic temperature control system can complete deep drying within 2 hours., thus the compressive strength and rupture strength of ceramic fiber board are 5% higher.
4. Able to manufacture ceramic fiber board with thickness varies from 25mm to 100mm.
