CCEWOOL® Classic Series Ceramic Bulk Fiber is manufactured from kaolin. The impurities such as Fe2O3, TiO2 and Na2O will be much reduced through refinement to guarantee low shot content. These products are manufactured on computer-controlled, state-of-the-art furnaces to provide customers with consistent fiber properties. Besides as the material of blanket, board and paper, these bulk fiber can also be directly used as high-temperature fill and packing material in a variety of high temperature applications.

1. Self owned raw material base, all material will be fully burnt by rotary kiln to reduce impurities content such as CaO.
2. Strict material inspection before entering factory, special warehouse stocked to guarantee the purity of raw material.
3. Computer-controlled ingredient proportion provides consistent material properties.
4. All CCEWOOL ceramic fiber bulk offers such characteristics as pure white and stable quality, the shot content is 5% lower than others' products as well.
