Methods to improve the performance and quality of insulating refractory bricks 2

The specific requirements for the use of refractory bricks are detailed below.
① It can resist high temperature heat load without softening and melting. It is required that the refractoriness of refractory bricks is quite high.
② It can resist the effect of high temperature heat load, with no volume shrinkage and only uniform expansion. The refractory brick is required to have high volume stability, small residual shrinkage and residual swelling, no crystal transformation or serious volume effect.
③ It can resist the combined action of high temperature heat load and heavy load, without loss of strength, creep or collapse. It is required that the refractory bricks have fairly high normal temperature strength and high strength under high temperature, high softening temperature under load and high creep resistance.
④ It can resist the influence of rapid temperature change or uneven heating without cracking or peeling. The refractory brick is required to have good heat shock resistance.
Next issue we will continue to introduce the specific requirement of refractory brick application.
