Last issue we introduced advantages of lightweight insulation brick. This issue we will continue to introduce lightweight insulation brick.
Lightweight insulation brick.
1. Lightweight insulation bricks have large porosity and loose structure, and cannot directly contact the parts of molten slag and liquid metal;
2. The mechanical strength is low and cannot be used for load-bearing structures;
3. Poor wear-resistant, so it is not suitable to be used in areas where directly contact with the furnace material and are prone to severe wear.
After the above analysis, we understand the advantages and disadvantages of lightweight insulation bricks, so that we know how to use lightweight insulation bricks reasonably to avoid unnecessary losses, and also know how to use energy effectively to achieve energy saving and emission reduction effect.
